All designs are handmade to order by our small team of women. During the peak holiday season, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process orders. Custom sizing and personalized designs may require additional time.
shipping
We will ship all orders using USPS. Orders $125 and above are eligible for free shipping, otherwise a flat rate of $5 will be applied. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
packaging
All orders are packaged with one complimentary Bowood Lane gift box and jewelry pouch, great for gifting. Additional packaging can be purchased if needed for multiple gifts.
