SIZING Q & A:

Q: what size cuff should I order?

A: 99% of consumers fall in to the small/medium cuff size the small space at the opening allows you to adjust the cuff to fit as tightly or loose as you would like.

Q: I have larger wrists, what size should I order?

A: if you measure your wrist, and it is over 7" you will feel most comfortable in our large cuff. If your wrist is 7" or smaller, you will fit the small/medium size cuff best.

Q: I have tiny wrists, what size should I order?

A: if your wrist is smaller than 6" you will find our XSMALL most comfortable. However, if you have a 6.25" wrist, a 6.5" wrist, orn larger, you will likley prefer the fit of the small/medium cuff.

Q: can i take it off every night?

A: yes, you can. If you are going to take your cuff off daily, you will want to adjust the opening to a size that can slip on and off your wrist and maintain that oppening size. The goal is to not open and close the cuff daily. Twisting and pulling the delicate metal repetitively will cause the cuff to lose its intended shape.

HOW TO WEAR & CARE FOR YOUR CUFF

Opening and closing the cuff can change the intended shape. We encourage you to watch our how to video, to preview a demonstration of how to properly wear your cuff. 

1. to open cuff, twist at opening to a maximum opening of 1.5' opposite directions. 
2. slide 1.5' opening on at the thinnest part of your wrist
3. squeeze closed
4. the small opening allows you to create the most comfortable fit. More space at opening= more movement  Less space at opening = fitted, less movement.
